3月15日，北美高智邀请了国际人力资源专家 Heather Yang为海外留学生解难题，以“离你的理想工作,只差这五步”为主题的职业规划培训。
培训从职业规划、美国工签证主要类型、简历、面试、薪酬谈判五个方面开展，时长两小时的培训内容满满干货。
前来参加的有约翰•霍普金斯大学、乔治城大学、乔治华盛顿大学、麻里兰大学等各校学生代表及相关领域青年，培训期间大家聚精会神，时不时提问讨论，尤其互动环节，非常活跃，每位同学带着各自不同的问题与专家交流，活动获得同学们的一致好评。
北美高智会与Yang老师一起携手,探讨更多解决海外留学生困扰的办法，根据不同的专业方向,深度挖掘，为同学们无论是职业规划还是在美求职提供建议、铺平道路。
On March 15th, with the theme of “five steps away from your ideal job”, Heather Yang, an international human resources specialist invited by ATS, conducted a training to help solve problems for overseas students.
The training focused on five aspects: career planning, types of US work visa, resumes, interviews, and salary negotiations. The two-hour training was full of useful content.
Attendees include student representatives from Johns Hopkins University, Georgetown University, George Washington University, University of Maryland, and other universities. During the training, all attendees were fully focused and engaged. Each student brought up their own question to communicate with experts. The event had received unanimous praise from the students.
ATS will work with Ms. Yang to further explore and address more problems for overseas students, aiming to provide useful suggestions for students in their career planning.
