刘熙，毕业于哥伦比亚大学，荣获物理学和建筑学双硕士学位，担任AEPA建筑设计工程公司董事长，是一位杰出的建筑科学家和建筑艺术家，他在建筑领域具有独创特色，曾以东西方文化和东西方建筑风格有机结合的独特优势，创立＂东方后现代派＂（古今中外派）建筑学派，设计了耗资两亿美元、堪称海外最大规模的现代化商业大厦一华盛顿远东贸易中心。他的设计成就不但在美国有博物馆、学院、商业中心、摩天大厦等，还在非洲、印度、泰国、马来西亚、新加坡，中国等国数千余项重要工程的设计及规划。他是当之无愧的世界著名建筑大师。
刘先生在专业领域成就卓越，在社会领域服务也是非凡。他曾当选全美亚裔共和党联盟主席、担任过美中首都友好城市主席、环球艾滋病协会理事长、亚美商会创始人等，做了大量的社会服务工作，他凭借强大的公共关系，维护并促进了中美之间的经济技术和文化交流和合作

Xi Liu, who was graduated from Columbia University with a dual master degree in physics and architecture, is the chairman of AEPA Architectural Design Engineering Company. He is an outstanding architectural scientist and artist. He has unique characteristics in the field of architecture. Combining with eastern and western cultures and architectural styles, Xi Liu established the Oriental Postmodernism (both ancient and modern Chinese and foreign schools). He designed the largest overseas modern commercial building – D.C. Far East Trade Center, which cost US$200 million. His design achievements include not only museums, colleges, business centers and skyscrapers in the United States, but also thousands of important projects in Africa, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and China. He is a well-deserved world-renowned architect. Mr. Liu has made remarkable achievements in his professional field and his service in the social field is also remarkable. He was elected the President of the All-American Republican Union, President of the Friendly Cities in the Capital of the United States and China, President of the Global AIDS Association, founder of the Asian-American Chamber of Commerce, and etc. With his brilliant public relations, he has maintained and promoted economic, technological and cultural exchanges and cooperation between China and the United States.

Mr. Soto earned a BBA (finance, 1983) and MBA (quantitative methods and finance, 1986) from The George Washington University. Mr. Soto has over 19 years’ experience in the analysis of mortgage-backed securities, of which nearly 20 years include work as project manager, financial engineer, and manager of interest rate risk at Freddie Mac. He has IT experience pre-dating his experience in finance. He has in-depth expertise in the Microsoft Office programming platform, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), and in using Excel for any analytic application. In addition, he can combine Access with a large-scale relational database system for extract-transform-load (ETL) applications. Ivan Soto taught financial accounting and corporate finance courses to MBA candidates as an adjunct faculty instructor at the University of Northern Virginia from 2002 through 2010. This teaching included three seminars in financial accounting delivered in Beijing, Guangzhou, and Changsha, China.

曾辰, 1987 年毕业于中国科技大学近代物理系.1993 年底获得康奈尔大学 (Cornell University)的物理博士学位。现为美国乔治华盛顿大学(The George Washington University)物理系教授, “生物物理”(Biophysics Reports) 和“BMC 系统生物学”(BMC Systems Biology)编委。主要从事生物 医学工程、计算生物物理方面等方面的交叉科学研究:研究领域涵盖从基于结构的药物设计到生物 复杂性的大数据科学等。作为主要负责人长期获得美国国家科学基金会和美国国立卫生研究院的资助. 研究课题主要包括(1)借助于图论和网络理论, 发展了一套分子动力学模拟计算平台用于病毒(HIV)新药研发; (2)利用缺氧诱导因子(HIF)抑制剂为农植物种子抗虫提供新方法; (3)利用物理中的临界相变理论开发了一套对突发疾病早期预测及其生物分子标记的计算软件; (4)开发小型精准感应器及其物联网应用; (5)开发基于大数据深度学习及人工智能系统运用于新药研发和医学图像处理.
